We recommend letting us know your skin concerns when booking. Our specialists will assess your skin on the day and tailor the treatment to your exact profile.

Most facials run between 60–90 minutes. The Hydraglow and Chemical Peel may take slightly longer. Exact timing will be confirmed at booking.

For most treatments, light makeup is fine after your session. After a Hydraglow or Chemical Peel, we recommend avoiding makeup for 24 hours to let your skin recover fully.

For maintenance and glow, once a month is ideal. For targeted concerns like acne or pigmentation, your specialist may recommend a more frequent schedule initially.

Yes — please mention any sensitivity when booking. Some treatments like the Chemical Peel may not suit very sensitive skin, and your specialist will guide you to the best option.
